Dear Mr. Rutledge During the last six months, we have had service interruptions on a DAILY basis. After spending hours of my time with countless calls, repeated service requests, and promises to repair being made the problem is still plaguing our community and this problem is not unique to my home. The last technician, Matt, gave me the number to his boss George at (252) 654-0909 which I have called and left messages for many times however, this person will not return my call. Spectrum has neglected our neighborhood. This is evidenced by temporary main cables being run on our Main road (Fox Ridge Road) that have been there for over six months without being buried. I have been a Spectrum customer for a long time, and have paid many thousands of dollars to your company, but at this point, am questioning the logic of remaining a customer.
