Disregarding the fact that using this (if it is real) is against every moral code ever, chances are it isn't real. They trick you into downloading this, and when you unpack, there's another archive in there (password-protected) and a link to a survey. The assh*le who uploaded this gets money for every sucker who completes the survey. Even if you got a password after completing the survey, and even if it's actually the correct one to unpack the inner archive, there's probably some meme picture in there or something.
