I officially opened New Foundations in 2008. I have had experience managing properties for over 5 years.

Residential and Commercial Property Management.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been performing property management services for my close friends and family for years. Also, my husband and I have owned and managed rental properties for over 5 years.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My communications with my owners and tennants is my greatest asset. I am honest, open and clear in my deliverables and expectations, with tennants and owners both.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location in Medford. No current plans to expand.
