显著抑制HCG辅酶A还原酶，活化肝脏蛋白脂肪酶，增强VLDL的分解代谢，加速三酰甘油降解，从而降低三酰甘油。增加Ⅱ型高脂蛋白血症患者的LDL受体数量和活性，降低LDL胆固醇和总胆固醇，并使Lp(a)水平降低。同时可增加apiaⅠ和apiaⅡ，从而而增加HDL胆固醇。此药还具有抑制血小板聚集的作用，增强抗凝血药物的作用，降低血浆纤维蛋白原和血浆黏度，纤溶活性增强。还具有降低空腹血糖的作用(约10%)。调节血脂的能力比氯贝特强。 [1] (责任编辑：) |
