Appointments: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service or rescheduling.

Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.Late cancellation or no shows may result in the loss of the booking fee.

Payment: All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or upon arrival.

Health & Safety: Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.If any contraindication present, the service may be refused for safety reasons.

Photos of nails may be taken during or after the treatment for promotional purposes only. No personal information will be shared. By booking a service, you consent to photos being used for social media and marketing.

Liability & Aftercare:We are not responsible for damage due to improper aftercare, lifestyle factors or accidental injury after the service.Clients are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided.

Nail Durability / No Guarantee: While all services are performed with care and professional products, the longevity of nail enhancements varies depending on each client’s natural nail condition, lifestyle and aftercare. For this reason, no guarantee can be offered on the durability of the nails once you leave the salon. If you experience issues within 72 hours, please contact us with photos.
