广州日报讯 （全媒体记者马骏 通讯员欧田俊、刘春林）记者昨日从大朗镇了解到，该镇黎贝岭村贝华停车楼近日动工。 项目总投资约5000万元，占地约3300平方米、总建筑面积约1.2万平方米，将建设一栋地下2层、地上7层的综合停车楼，建成后可提供约300个停车位。该停车楼是黎贝岭村实现智慧停车向高空发展“要位置”，创新采用“商业+停车”模式的新举措。它将进一步完善黎贝岭村基础设施配套，有效缓解“停车难”问题，同时也有望带动周边产业发展，提高村集体收入。 (责任编辑：) |
