We dived into the new year with the Great Kick Off attended by close to 3,000 financial representatives in Singapore. This is not just an event but a powerful ignition for the journey that lies ahead.   This year’s theme, Reach for the Greatest, echoes the essence of setting ‘BHAG goals’ – Big, Hairy, Audacious, Goals. It’s not just about reaching targets but reaching beyond our comfort zone and limitations, feeling goosebumps, and showing the never-give-up spirit to achieve the extraordinary. These dreams may sound crazy to the world, but with our conviction, everything is possible.   In my speech, I shared a video of J.F. Kennedy’s historic address about putting man on the moon. Back then, it sounded impossible but the firm conviction in Kennedy’s voice proved that audacious goals, no matter how unachievable, are worth pursuing. Fast forward to 1969, the world witnessed that seemingly impossible dream become reality. At Great Eastern, we’re not aiming for anything lesser than being the Undisputable Number 1!   So, be bold, be audacious, and dream big – much bigger than what you’re usually comfortable with.   To all our financial representatives, thank you for fire, passion, and dedication in 2023. As we Reach for the Greatest in 2024, let’s make BHAG a part of our journey and the very essence that propels us to new heights.
