Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant – High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential? A welcoming and inclusive school in the High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire area is looking for a dedicated Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

In this rewarding role, you will support students with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You’ll help them thrive both academically and emotionally, creating a positive, supportive environment in the classroom.

What we’re looking for:
A patient, caring, and proactive individual
Experience with SEN is preferred but not essential
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Role details:
Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire area
⏰ Full-time hours (days/times can be discussed)
Term-time only
Ongoing training and support provided
