Are you interested in learning more about our place in the universe, the stars and planets, eclipses and Aurora, Nebula and exoplanets? Or maybe you just want to learn more about the constellations and identifying them? If any of these things interest you, you are welcome to drop by the Vermont Astronomical Society Monthly meetings, held on the first Monday of each month except when it falls on a holiday, in which case it's the second Monday. They are free and open to the public. The meetings are held at the Brownell library in Essex Junction, at 5 corners starting at 7:30pm. You can also join the Vermont Astronomical Society for a small membership fee if you'd like to be more involved. Each month different presenters share a primary topic and then we'll do a constellation of the month presentation and other topics as time allows. See the event URL for topics for the upcoming meeting. (责任编辑:) |
