Kadoka Area School District Home of the Kougars! The Kadoka Elementary, Middle, and High School is located in the town of Kadoka, the county seat of Jackson County, South Dakota. We also serve our district patrons with 3 outlying K-8 elementary schools in Interior, Long Valley, and Midland. Interior Elementary The K-8 Interior Elementary School is located about 30 miles to the southwest of Kadoka right near the Badlands National Park.
Long Valley Elementary The K-8 Long Valley Elementary School is located about 30 miles south of Kadoka on Highway 73.
Midland Elementary The K-8 Midland Elementary School is located about 30 miles to the Northeast of Kadoka along Highway 63.
