I recently replaced my mobile phone. I was logged into Battle.net launcher at the time, so I could still play my games. I had already erased and returned my previous phone. A problem arose after my brother used my Battle.net launcher on my computer to play his characters for a day to earn some of the sweet anniversary rewards. When I tried to log back in, I was asked to authenticate using my phone. The issue is that I never logged into the app on my new phone, and it is asking for the authenticator. At the moment, I cannot log into my Battle.net app on my computer or phone because of the authenticator. When I clicked that I was having problems, it tells me that I have made too many attempts. I really was hoping to log back in so that I can play. Any help would be nice. I have the same email address, telephone number, and other information on my account, and I know my password. (责任编辑:) |
