MiLk MoNeY MiGz , 07/23/2024 This is the worse buisness ever!!You pay and pay for the worse service ever.. Outtages have been at an all time high it happens every single day for the past 3 weeks and before it was more sporadic but often enough to get very annoying because it goes on for hours.. Xfinity is the biggest sc@m ever and they don’t ever fix your bill or compensate you without haggling them for an hour or two in most cases.. They know how horrible the service is and act like it’s great.. I work from home after Corona and Xfinity has been ruining my life.. I lose so much money due to this company and they can care less.. I will post everything now since they don’t even take calls the automated service hangs up on you if you want to talk to someone about the outtage.. By far the worse and the reality is you can’t change service because they have this area where I live which is ridiculous by now that you can’t just switch.. Trapped with this horrible company has been the worse part of living here.. I hope they get sųed by everyone for their neglect and horrible service.. This is causing emotional distress for me and my family because two of us work online and are the main bread winners and have to take all these days off because they don’t realize or care how important the internet is for some.. Not everyone just surfs the net and watches shows WE HAVE WORK TO DO! THIS IS YOUR WAKE UP CALL XFINITY / COMCAST! WE WILL BE HEARD AND THIS COMPANY WILL EVENTUALLY GET WHAT IT DESERVES!
Bronzegyrl , 05/15/2024 Xfinity Practices Will be UncoveredMy older cameras stop working. One over a year ago and two on the same day. All the while, Xfinity pushes two-way audio home security cams. I fell for it and got them. Had to upload the purple app with white X. I practiced talking through my cams once and they no longer work. I have an older iPhone which they now say is not compatible with that app. The engineers should allow all phones to be used w/ their apps or in advertisements on the other app or wherever, there should have been a disclaimer that the cameras and app may not work the way they should in conjunction with certain or older model phones. Now…My bill is twice as much at almost (almost $250) and I can’t use the cameras the way they’re intended to be used… and the only place I can see the movement is on an old home security app which will soon reportedly be obsolete… Xfinity is the only party winning in this situation. They tried to offer me some phone (not iPhone) and they wanted me to patronize their cellular services. No, thanks. They already have my internet and home security, which is much too much. And, so this is why I believe they have some kind of way to make your old cameras and products (you get from them) stop working, they make updates to their apps and whatever, to inconvenience customers and force our hands to buy new products. This will come to light one of these days… mark these words… All to make more money. (责任编辑:) |
