Cerefolin nac didn’t work as expected and felt too costly

I was hopeful about Cerefolin NAC after hearing it could help with memory issues, but my experience hasn’t been great. The price is higher than most supplements, and since it’s prescription-only, getting it is inconvenient. I also noticed mild nausea after a few days, which made me hesitant to continue. It might work for some people, but for me, the benefits were not noticeable compared to the effort and expense involved.

Didn’t notice much difference after a month of taking it

I started taking Cerefolin NAC after my doctor recommended it to help with early memory concerns. While I appreciate that it’s free of allergens and seems safe overall, I honestly didn’t notice much of a difference in my focus or clarity after using it for a full month. The capsules were easy enough to take, but the price was a bit high for something that didn’t deliver noticeable results for me. Maybe it works better over a longer period or for others, but in my case, the improvement wasn’t really there. I’ll likely try something else that’s more affordable and available without a prescription.

Good but can do better!!

The only downside to the combo I suggested, is that the methylated B vitamins can give you a ravenous appetite. Not everyone gets that side-effects from Cerefolin NAC. Of course, the higher dose of Cerefolin would be worse.

Cerefolin NAC helped me!

When I was going through menopause I started to have daily memory & focusing issues. This made working in my field, business payroll and taxes, more difficult. My doctor asked if I would like to try something he had found to be very helpful with some of his patients. I had no other health problems and I take no prescription medications. I was reluctant. But he had seen some marvelous results, so I gave CerefolinNAC a try. Within a month I noticed significant improvement. I continued taking it for two years. My menopause symptoms abated and so I stopped taking CerefolinNAC.

I am turning 70 next month and would love to go back on CerefolinNAC once again for mild memory problems. My former doctor has retired, so I will see what my new doctor says.

saved from loosing my memory

I have been having a memory problem for 3 to 5 years. Initially, my family and I believed that it was due to all the pain and depression medication I had been taking for the last 14 years. In the last six months, I started to eliminate the medications and my memory began to decrease more and more. I became so ill with memory loss to the point that I could not read and understand more than two sentences at a time. It was so terrible that it was triggering depression symptoms back into my mind and body. The next morning I took my second dose of Cerefolin NAC and by the evening I began to feel better and be able to understand and process my thinking better. Today is my second-week taking Cerefolin NAC and I’m thinking better than before. I believe I have much more to do as far as taking control of my brain health but Cerefolin NAC was and is a lifesaver for me and my family that saw me go through this terrible experience. I have found a book by Dr. Amen from the Amen Clinics that has opened my eyes to brain health risk factor and now I’m on my way to saving my brain through nutrition and feeding my brain what it needs not what it wants like sugar. The name of the book is Memory Rescue by DR. Daniel Amen. Take care of your brain before the problems begin to surface and avoid the risk factors that cause memory loss.
