I purchased this dog stroller from Amazon on July 2, 2020. A friend of mine accidentally stepped on the back wheel so now it is wobbly . I am assuming she bent the wheel and now I need to replace it. Hello – I recently purchased a VIAGDO pet stroller. It has literally been the most amazing thing for my old girl. But last week when I went to go on a walk the front wheel was not working properly. We turned around and looking into it more. Upon investigate there is a main piece that is worn out and in doing search I have found people state that folding the stroller down without removing the wheel really destroys the stroller. (Which I have been doing) Now we are just trying to replace the part. I don’t know the terminology and we were not given a manual with the stroller, however I can send pictures.

The front wheel on the pet stroller won’t turn right and 2 bearings fell out. It looks like the spindle that the shell is attached to has loosened and it can’t be tightened.. Is there a part assembly that I can buy to fix this wheel?

I bought the gen7 jogger last year in May so it’s exactly one year old and I use it daily for short walks with my very old 30lb dog. It has worked perfectly for many months, but during the last 3 months one of the back wheels has fallen off while in use several times. It will click back in when put back on and tapped with my foot but sometimes it takes several tries before it clicks in.
