Registration Information

To ensure a vigorous workshop, attendance is by invitation only. Authors will be invited based on their submission’s originality, topical relevance, technical merit, and likelihood of leading to insightful technical discussions that will influence future systems research.

The registration to the workshop includes the accommodation for the duration of the conference (3 nights-May 12th, 13th, and 14th) in a single room in the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro (the ancient castle of Bertinoro) and corresponding breakfasts and lunches, the Welcome Dinner, the Banquet Dinner and 1 Dinner at a typical local restaurant. The fee also includes the guided excursion to Ravenna (bus, English guide, entrance tickets) and free WiFi around the inside and the outside areas of the Workshop location.

The attendees that would like to extend their stay in Bertinoro out of the conference duration period, i.e., either before May 12 or after May 14, will need to make an additional booking on their own with the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro at the expense of 50 euro/night that will be payed at the centre. To do so, please contact the centre's office at rpartisani@ceub.it.

Guests need to be aware that 24h reception is only guaranteed on the first day of the Workshop, May 12th. Therefore, please use the rpartisani@ceub.it email address to communicate your date and hour of arrival if different than May 12, and arrange the check-in time.
