"Mr. Tynan was again admitted to St. Joseph’s Hospital with high blood pressure, dilated aortic root, elevated troponin, hypertensive urgency, and acute kidney injury," court records state. "He was in the intensive care unit for a portion of his hospital stay. He was discharged on July 22, 2021, and told to schedule follow up appointments with Dr. Morey, Dr. Elgar, and a new pulmonologist, Dr. Christopher Ochoa, within one week of his discharge.
