1. Developed recommendations and a plan for the development and implementation of the Main Operations Center (MOC), recommendations for the scheme of managing the operational functioning of the exhibition, the organization in the normal mode, the structure and composition of the MOC, emergency management systems.
2. Developed and implemented an incident management system.
3. Developed a matrix of incidents, a list of 162 possible emergency situations during the exhibition, broken down by functional areas.
4. We formed Interdepartmental Response Regulations. Also, we developed information and training materials.
5. We conducted operational preparedness testing – internal trainings and rehearsals, large-scale exercises with the participation of external groups.
6. Throughout the exhibition, the incident management system was maintained 24/7.
