Zoë Kravitz was born on December 1, 1988, to Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz. She is a musician and actress best known for her roles in The Batman, Divergent, the Fantastic Beasts series, High Fidelity, and Big Little Lies. She was married to actor Karl Glusman from 2019-2021 and is engaged to Channing Tatum. 

Kravitz grew up very much in the spotlight with her two famous parents. After they divorced, she lived with her mother in California before moving to live with her dad in Miami as she started her teen years. When she decided to become an actor herself, she debated on whether or not she should use her father's last name. She said she felt insecure about being associated with her famous family at times, but because her dad seemed to be sad about the situation, she kept his last name.

Finding her way in the entertainment world wasn't easy for Kravitz (although she will admit to her nepo baby status). She talked about developing eating disorders - anorexia and bulimia - and having a hard time loving herself, especially when she couldn't help but compare herself to her mother and the people in her father's life. “My mother's a… beautiful woman, and I think, in some ways, I felt intimidated by that sometimes," she said, along with, “My dad dated a lot of supermodels.” 

From 2005-2024 she lived as the stepdaughter of Jason Momoa (although that was not official until 2017 when the couple got married). Although Kravitz is not Momoa's biological child, nor is she legally his stepdaughter anymore, she is still the half sister of his two children and someone he has been very public about caring for. The admiration seems to go both ways, and Momoa even took Kravitz's siblings Lola and Nakoa-Wolf to the premiere of The Batman to support her. On Kravitz's side, the love for her siblings can be seen clearly in the name of one of the bands she fronts: Lolawolf.

Overall, the blended family (Kravitz, Bonet, and Momoa) still seems to be quite close despite the divorces and distance. Lenny Kravitz talks about his love for both Momoa and Bonet often, something which Momoa does as well, stating, “Lenny is way cooler than I am.” Momoa also talks at length about his love for his ex-stepdaughter (he calls her “zozo bear” and she calls him “papa bear”), and when referring to Kravitz, said in an interview, “I hope and pray [Lola] is that talented and loving and open and close to her family.”
